KEEP YOUR FACE RED

This is probably not the thing to worry about. Many people have low blood sugar in the morning (or maybe you're not dinner!). Eat small meals about half an hour before the activity out, if your schedule allows, move into the afternoon sports schedule.

Delayed muscle soreness is common, usually muscle pain peaked around 48 to 72 hours post-workout. This is why it is recommended that you do not exercise too hard outside ability, did not train the same muscle two days in a row and have time off to practice.
