Less than 1 percent of the time in life that is used to work out - A survey conducted by Censuswide in partnership with Reebok in may 2016 points out, most people spend more time staring at screens of gadgets rather than activities that train the heart.

The survey involves 9,000 adults from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, Mexico, Russia, Korea, and Spain.

The average respondent elected are those who have a commitment, both to live more fit, the use of gadgets, even about the sex life. Researchers then asked participants to describe what they do everyday activities.

According to statistics, the average participant spent only 0.69 per cent from his life for exercise. Or it can be said, simply exercising in 180 days from the day of total 25,915.

Participants only spend time in the gym hours 4,320, hiking, running, doing yoga, or any other form of exercise. In fact, they have had more time to do so.

Other survey results are found, the average human being spends:
-41 percent or his life to engage with technology, gadgets, laptops, and other electronic equipment.
-29 percent of his life, such as sitting at a desk, sofa, dining room.
-6.8 percent of his life to socialize with loved ones.
-0.45% of his life to have sex.

The good news is when you can't find an hour to go to the gym every day, every minute you spend being active, whether it goes further towards the workplace, running chasing the bus, or bicycle rides on static display while watching a favorite.

The findings are published on the website of Dr. OZ this can be a reminder to be more healthy, active for your health.

And if you're still not sure you have the time to commit to fitness, Dr. OZ suggests to consider this: "Put your phone, close your laptop, moving from your seat, and move as often as possible!"

So, basically the man was indeed created to move. While no longer active life embraced, then health problems related to metabolism such as diabetes, cardiovascular or heart, is more likely to be owned.
